And so it goes…
To all our dear family, friends, and family of fans: For You, the World has experienced great growth and success over the past few months. We appreciate the support that all of you have given us over the past few years, through thick and thin, as we reach for our dreams of doing this for a living. We’ve reached the point where we feel that this vehicle for our music is no longer fit to transport us to where we’re going (wherever that may be). Our interests differ, as they do between any group of people, to the point that we have decided to go on an indefinite hiatus. The three of us will continue on or own separate journeys, possibly going back to school, possibly starting new musical or artistic projects, maybe even starting families. This is not the end, but a new beginning for each of us to seek the fulfillment we need in our lives. There is always the possibility that two or more of us may come together again, maybe under the same name, with new songs, or in new projects with entirely different sounds. What matters is that throughout this whole project we’ve remained as true to ourselves as possible. All this being said, we have one last request of everybody; please come to our show at the Ottobar in Baltimore on July 19th to celebrate what you’ve helped us accomplish, as well as this new beginning. Also, we want everyone who desires it to have a copy of our CD and a t-shirt as long as we have any. If you can’t afford it, let us know, we’ll work something out. We hope everyone can make it out on the 19th. We’ll be there having a blast, playing our guts out, leaving everything we have stage. See you there!

On Tuesday, March 2nd, at 7PM we will be guest co-hosting the “Music You Can _____ To” show on Towson Student Radio! We’ll be playing some of our favorite songs, as well as talking about our upcoming CD and maybe even playing a few of the tracks. Listen in on the internet!

EP is coming soon. We’ve just put the final touches on the mix. Next is the money to have it pressed. But it’ll be here before we know it, and we’ll actually have something to show for our efforts.
We’ve got a show at the Sidebar in Baltimore on February 23rd. Everyone should try to make it out. The Facebook event can be found here, for details and whatnot. It’s gonna be killer.
